Betty Evans (1927-2004) traveled extensively around the world, cooking and gathering recipes. She was a food historian, cooking instructor, food editor, and author of eleven cookbooks. Over her lifetime she amassed a vast collection of cookbooks written by her friends, associates, and provenance. We offer her cookbooks and the best of her cookbook collection, mostly inscribed to her, or offered with copies of correspondence between her and the authors.
